Payment & Deposits

Full payment in advance is required for all orders of £50 or less. A deposit of £25 is required on orders over £50 and a deposit of £50 is required for orders over £100.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Transportation & Storage

Transport you’re cake carefully keeping the box flat at all times.  The best place in the car is in the passenger footwell (heating off), not on the passenger seat. Drive carefully.

During warm weather, please ensure that you have the air conditioning on prior to collecting you’re cake to ensure the car is cool when you arrive.

Keep in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Best consumed within 3 days.

Bouquet-Licious Bakes will not be held liable for any damages which occur once the order has been collected.

Allergens

All orders are produced in a kitchen which handles NUTS, GLUTEN, DAIRY and other allergens.  Therefore, I cannot guarantee that you’re order will not contain trace amounts of such ingredients.

Collection / Delivery

All orders are to be collected from my premises at a pre-arranged time and date.
